Toddler Tuesday.

Many of Maisy’s fits begin at the front door.  On this particular day, MJ wanted to go outside.  I told her no.  I had to get dressed.  But after I got dressed we would go outside.  I walked upstairs.  Maisy Jo chanted “I go Outside!”  by the front door while I put on my make up.  She eventually stopped chanting.  When I went to check on her this is what I found:

Oh my gosh.  She fell asleep gazing out upon the outside world.  I really wanted to leave her there to finish sleeping, but I was afraid she looked a little too dead.  That someone would come up to the door and say “Are you aware your child fell down the stairs and is now limply laying on the veranda?”

So, I picked her up and laid her in her bed.  As soon as her head hit the pillow, her little eyes popped open and she curtly told me “I go outside.”
